The ABC Family drama kicks off its countdown to its summer return with a newly released trailer featuring new footage.
With the season three premiere less than one month away, ABC Family is kicking off the return of Pretty Little Liars in style.
A 60-second trailer, complete with new footage from the upcoming season, debuted on the youth-skewing cable network Monday evening -- and if the teases are any indication, Rosewood hasn't seen the anything yet.
It's several months after the shocking reveal of "A" and just when Aria, Emily, Spencer and Hanna thought all was behind them, not so. Text messages (i.e. "I bet you remember me" to Emily) begin to come through even after Mona unveiled herself to be the omnipresent "A." And just as quickly, the girls begin to unravel.
During the trailer several key moments are shown: Aria screaming for help in a bathroom stall, Hanna angrily throwing a chair, Garrett in an orange jumpsuit warning Spencer "there's a lot you don't know," the girls peering down at an open grave site asking "who would do something like this?," a seemingly happy Aria and Ezra,
Toby and Spencer getting close and Hanna and Caleb acting sweet and couple-y.
If "A" has it their way, the girls are in for quite a ride.
